In 2019, Marcia was able to pursue her passion for food by opening Blue Mountain Jamaican Restaurant in Boston, MA, offering a variety of fresh and healthy menu options fused with a Caribbean flare.
Safe food handling is paramount at Blue Mountain, customers being their number one priority. Her philosophy is “to consistently give our customers that authentic Caribbean flavor their taste buds deserve!”
However, COVID-19 covered Blue Mountain with dark clouds, hitting the restaurant’s principal sources of revenue from catering and dine-in service. But Marcia kept Blue Mountain’s doors open “We stay true to our mission. We are just waiting to see what is next”
